
PESHAWAR: Operation Ghazab Lil Haq continues as 415 Taliban killed in Pakistan’s retaliatory action against Afghan aggression.
Officials said the operation has been underway for several days. The government described the campaign as a direct response to cross-border attacks.
Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar stated that 415 Afghan Taliban fighters were killed and more than 580 were injured. He added that security forces destroyed 182 Taliban check posts. Moreover, Pakistani forces took control of 31 posts during the ongoing ground offensive.
The minister further claimed that 185 tanks, armed vehicles, and artillery guns belonging to the Afghan Taliban were destroyed.
In addition, Pakistan carried out effective air operations at 46 locations inside Afghanistan. Officials said the strikes targeted militant infrastructure and strategic positions.
Authorities stressed that operation Ghazab Lil Haq continues until all threats are neutralized. They said the military remains fully prepared to defend national sovereignty.
